Please Pray

I just got off the phone with my BIL. He's a wonderful man and today his heart is hurting so incredibly. His wife had to be hospitalized last night for depression. That disease makes no sense. Please pray for her. Please pray for my BIL. Please pray for the docs. Thanks guys!

Depression is one of the worst heart hurters out there these days. My MIL had to be hospitalized for it last summer. It was really rough on our family. We'll be praying for them.

Depression hurts and keeps on hurting. I hope they find the root cause and are able to help her soon. It is so sad for those who love the depressed one, too. Grace, do I know your BIL? Love you. nlt

Praying. A friend's dad has a chemical balance that causes severe depression, and his family has had a hard time with it through the years...

having experienced cycle and PPD depression, I can only imagine how hard it must be for his wife to finally get the help she desperately needs, and how helpless her husband must feel.

My heart hurts for him...as someone who has been
depressed ...much of my life...the most important thing for him to understand is that it is NOT HIS FAULT. When I was in my deepest darkest moment, my actions did not consider the thoughts and feelings of anyone else.
AND...the really hard thing is that sometimes you NEVER find a root cause...depression can suck your soul and that of the ones that love you...Patience, love, and the willingness to ride the waves and sit in the darkness is so important! There IS light at the end of what sometimes is a VERY HARD and long dark tunnel... and I know... perserverence and trust will bring them out on the other side! Sometimes we must visit the dark soul of night to know how beautiful the sunshine and light is! ...make sure they both know that I am here if they need to talk...God, I understand the pain...but I promise when you do what is needed...which sometimes includes meds...you come out stronger for the journey.
Sending thoughts, blessings, love and prayers.
Lovin' you so much...
Mom
